Our Dealers Notice

Whether selling gold & silver jewellery online or in store, all jewellers or precious metal dealers must show a Dealers Notice. This is required by UK law. The Dealers Notice has information on hallmarks which should also, by law, be on all gold jewellery weighing over 1 gram and all silver jewellery weighing over 7.78 grams. There are two types of Dealers Notice, one is to be displayed in shops or at events, and the second for display online. Jewellers not complying with these rules are breaking the law.
