How can I tell if the product is genuine?Any gold weighing over 1 gram or silver weighing over 7.78 grams will be hallmarked already to ensure authenticity. You also have the option to have your piece of jewellery hallmarked regardless of it's weight. Any coin sold by Wilson's Precious Metals is also tested using various documented methods or a verified third-party if necessary.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?Sadly, we do not offer discounts on bulk purchases at this time.

Can I visit you in store?Sadly, we currently only have a workshop premises which is not open to the public. We do however attend a number of different events where you can buy our jewellery or view our collection of coins in person. Do you use real gold and silver to make your jewellery?Yes, all of our jewellery is made using either 925 Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, 9ct Yellow Gold, 18ct Yellow Gold, 22ct Yellow Gold, and 24ct Fine Gold.

What do the Hallmarks on my piece of jewellery mean?You can find our Dealers Notice in the Footer of our website. Is your jewellery recycled?Yes, all of our jewellery is made from 100% recycled gold and silver grain or recycled old/damaged jewellery.

Do you use natural gemstones?Yes, we only use natural gemstones in our jewellery. You'll find details on the gemstones used in your piece in the Product Description.

Can I choose a different gemstone for my piece?Yes, if you don't see the gemstone you'd like in the Products Options then please contact us before making your purchase so we can assist you further.

What does 'Light' and 'Heavy' mean in the Product Options?'Light' & 'Heavy' are the two different weight options we offer for some of our rings. For a standard sized ring you should choose the 'Light' option in the Products Options. If you'd prefer a heavier more chunky look to your ring then you should choose the 'Heavy' option.

When will my order be shipped?We aim to despatch all of our orders within 24 hours once a piece has been completed. We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries so orders should arrive within 24 - 48 hours when First Class Insured Delivery is chosen and within 2-3 working days if Second Class Tracked is chosen.

What should I do if my delivery is late?If you still haven't received your delivery and the estimated delivery time has passed then please get in contact with us so we can try to help you. You'll find all of our contact details in the Footer of our website or on the Contact Us page.

How long will it take to finish my piece?We aim to finish making each order within 1 week. If you have chosen to have your piece hallmarked, or the piece requires hallmarking (e.g. gold jewellery & necklaces) then it will take another 1-2 weeks for your piece to be complete. Lead times can be found in the Product Description.
