Not only is our jewellery handmade, you also have the option to have your piece hallmarked by Goldsmith's London Assay Office. There is a £15 charge to have this piece hallmarked. Select 'Yes' or 'No' on the Hallmarking option before completing your purchase.

As our bracelets are made to order, please allow 1 week for your piece to be made. If you have chosen to have your piece hallmarked then please allow another 1-2 weeks before despatch of your order from our workshop. See below for lead times:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your jewellery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Personalised jewellery cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Return:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You then have another 14 days to return the item.
- Once received, we will process your refund within 48 hours.
